Counting my Blessings

It's overwhelming (in a good way)! Blessings are pouring in and I can’t thank God enough for all the wonderful gifts (the chance to finally be able to help my family being the most significant one). Although I was never the “religious” type, I’ve always tried my best to be “spiritual” and I’ve never stopped praying for things. I guess it’s true what they say – “when prayers go up, blessings come down” (a Yiddish proverb) and to add to that, it’s always good to “count blessings like children count stars” (from Life is for Living).

Speaking of blessings and wonderful gifts -- my friend, Cristina, has just given birth to a healthy baby boy!!! Congratulations Kris and Ipe! I think you two are one of the most blessed couples I’ve ever met. More power and God bless!
